Julia Ruchis

Julia joined the firm in 2019. She assists the firm in all areas of practice, including property and private client matters. She qualified in May 2024 specialising in Property matters.

She has gained invaluable experience in residential sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages for freehold and leasehold properties, and lease extensions. Julia is also a member of the wills and probate department, where she advises clients on Lasting Power of Attorneys, Wills, Court of Protection applications, and dealing with the administration of estates.

Julia has completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in autumn 2022 and she successfully completed her training contract with the firm. She also holds a UK degree in business administration and speaks fluent Russian and Italian.
