James Gray

James is a Partner in the property department.

James qualified in 2011 having trained and worked at a West London firm in a variety of disciplines before focusing mainly on commercial and residential property. He joined the firm in the summer of 2016.

James has become an experienced property lawyer with a busy conveyancing practice dealing with residential and commercial property sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), refinancing documentation, rent reviews, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right to buy, and all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions and general property management.
