David Duke-Cohan is one of the most experienced solicitors still practising in England. He qualified in 1952 having been an Officer in the army. His career then took him to working in shipping and commercial work/litigation at various well-known firms before he set up his own firm in the 1960’s.
 
His clientele ranged from Olympic athletes to international singers and what would now be premiership football clubs. He acted in some of the largest criminal trials and also was involved in a ground breaking European law case where many years later his submissions were upheld by the Court of Appeal in later decisions.

He has a faithful clientele ranging from individuals to large companies and he has also undergone mediation training. He is well liked and respected by all his clients and colleagues.
His particular expertise is in all aspects of litigation, commercial conveyancing and commercial work generally.

His 60 years in the profession have given him an invaluable wealth of experience to draw upon for all his clients.
